This program has been proven to be effective in promoting positive parenting, family economic self-sufficiency, child development, and school readiness. Healthy Families - UP is a FREE and VOLUNTARY home visitation program, designed to help families raise healthy children.
Who does Healthy Families Upper Peninsula serve?
Families living in the U.P.; expecting a baby or have a baby less than three months old.
 

Does the Healthy Families - UP cost anything?
This program is FREE! There are no income restrictions.
