Certified Professional Food Manager (CPFM)
All newly proposed fixed food service establishments and special transitory food units must have a CPFM prior to the completion of the plan review process and licensing of the facility.
To receive certification as a CPFM, an individual must complete 8 hours of classroom education and must pass a nationally standardized exam.
