If you have been bitten or scratched by a large carnivore (cat, dog, fox, coyote, raccoon etc.) or have been potentially exposed to a bat, you are required to report this exposure to the Marquette County Health Department!

 

If you believe you may have been bitten scratched by an animal or may have been exposed to a bat, please contact (906) 475-4195, or complete the following Animal Bite Report Form and submit by fax to (906) 475-6500.

 

If you believe you have been potentially exposed to rabies from a source other than a bite such as a scratch or been in a residence with a bat, please complete the general rabies complaint form and submit by fax to (906)475-6500 or call (906)475-4195 for further assistance.
