Teresa L. Frankovich, MD, MPH, FAAP

Dr. Frankovich received her bachelor of science degree with studies in pre-medical, biomedical sciences and psychology from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor. She then went on to earn her doctorate, also at the University of Michigan.
After interning and completing her residency in pediatrics at Northwestern University Children's Memorial Hospital in Chicago, she received her master of public health degree in the section of maternal and child health from the University of California, Berkeley.
Dr. Frankovich became the medical director for Marquette County Health Department in August of 2011. She is also the medical director for the Western Upper Peninsula District Health Department, Public Health Delta and Menominee Counties, and Dickinson-Iron District Health Department.
