Visit this Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan website and click on a region on the map to download a free "Help with Health Care" Brochure. Each brochure lists resources for the uninsured in Michigan, including:

• County health plans
• Dental and vision services
• Free and low-cost clinics
• Government programs such as MIChild and Healthy Kids
• Mental health services
• Prescription assistance programs

Medical Care Access Coalition

Medical Care Access Coalition is a faith based initiative, volunteer non-profit organization. It is comprised of civic leaders and representatives from medical, public health, mental health/substance abuse, faith-based and consumer groups of Marquette County, Michigan.

MCAC networks eligible persons with no access to medical care to donated and volunteer services.

Pfizer Prescription Assistance Programs

Pfizer Helpful Answers offers patient assistance programs to people without prescription coverage.

• Savings on Pfizer medicines, regardless of age or income; or
• Free Pfizer medicines for people with limited incomes who qualify

Dental Clinics North

By providing clinical preventive and restorative dental services, Dental Clinics North seeks to to stabilize and expand access to comprehensive oral health services for children and adults with Medicaid and other special population groups.

The Dental Clinics North is sponsored by the Marquette County Health Department and operated by Michigan Community Dental Clinics.

Northern Dental Plan offers dental services at a reduced fee for people without dental insurance. If you are eligible, your membership includes an initial visit with a participating dentist that will include x-rays and an exam at no additional cost, and reduced rates for all treatment.
