Pets must be kept on a leash not exceeding six feet (6') in length. Pets are not permitted in the picnic and beach area. Pets are permitted in the camping area, but must be physically restrained at all times. Pet owners must clean up litter left by their animals.

ATV's include all unlicensed motorized vehicles

ATV's are permitted in the park by registered campers only; except for Friday through Monday on the following weekends: Memorial Day, Independence Day, Fire on the Bay (fireworks) or Labor Day.

ATV's must be registered in the park office and a vehicle pass must be adhered to the ATV when being operated in the park (limit of 2 ATV's per site).

ATV's may only be ridden to and from the campsite and the park entrance on established park roads.

ATV's may only be operated in the park between the hours of 8 a.m. and 11 p.m.

All state laws must be followed including the age of the rider. No children under the age of 12 may operate an ATV in the park. Children between the ages of 12-15 may only ride an ATV when under the direct supervision of an adult (in view) and possess a valid ORV/ATV safety certificate. No one under the age of 16 may operate a 3-wheeled ATV.

Any violation to the above restrictions will result in the ATV pass being removed and riding privileges in the park revoked.

Limit of two (2) vehicles per campsite and no more than eight (8) people per campsite unless part of a basic family unit. One trailer and one tent or two tents are permitted at each site.

Camp permits must be placed in the proper numbered holder at the site.

Do not remove picnic table from the campsite.

No cutting of standing trees. Nails and wires may not be attached to trees, picnic tables, or other campground structures.

Quiet hours are to be observed between 11:00 PM and 8:00 AM. Visitors must leave by 10:30 PM.

Discharge of wastewater onto the ground is prohibited. Wastewater must be disposed of at the dump station in the parking lot or the service building.

Open fires are permitted only in designated fire circles.

No digging or trenching of the campsites is permitted.

Campsites and picnic sites must be kept free of litter.

Campsites must be vacated by 3:00 PM on the date of permit expiration.

All groups, clubs, and organizations of eight (8) or more people using the picnic area must register with the Park Manager to arrange for cleanup and designation of responsibility for any damage caused by the group
