The Marquette County Community Corrections Detention Center can house up to 60, minimum security, male inmates.  The facility is located off of US 41 South on Basil Road in Beaver Grove.

Inmate Visitation

Inmates at the Detention Center are allowed a one-hour visit per week on Saturdays.  Inmates are assigned their hour of visitation based on various criteria.  It is the inmate's responsibility to inform their approved visitors  of their designated time.  All visitors will be screened before being approved for visitation.

Personal Items

Detention Center inmates are allowed 3 sets of personal clothing only.  Inmates may also receive money to purchase items through the commissary.  All clothing items and money shall be dropped off at the main jail located on Baraga Avenue. Book and magazine donations are not accepted.  The Detention Center has a library for inmate use.
