When a business or organization fails to follow COVID-19 prevention strategies as required by executive orders of the Governor, the legal authority for response falls to the State Licensing Agency, State's Attorney General, Local Law Enforcement Agencies and the Michigan Occupational Safety and Health Administration (MIOSHA).
