If you are 65 years of age or older, we will be holding vaccine clinics as vaccine is available.
Please see the main MCHD page for the Vaccine Registration Form.
We will notify our community when vaccine clinics become available.

Thank you for your patience as we work hard to streamline our process of providing the COVID-19 vaccine to our community members.
Vaccine Clinics are by appointment only. No Walk-in Vaccination clinics will be held at this time.
A picture ID will be required at the time of your appointment. To help maintain social distancing, please do not arrive at your appointment more than 5 minutes early.
Due to vaccine availability, a limited number of appointments will be available.

Marquette County Health Department (MCHD) continues to vaccinate essential healthcare workers and first responders in Phase 1B and is working diligently to establish COVID-19 vaccination availability for community members age 65 and older.
MCHD will announce additional appointment availability for citizens ages 65 and older. The number of appointments available will be determined by the actual allotment of vaccine received from the Michigan Department of Health and Human Services (MDHHS).
